To compliment your schedule, our award winning Dining Service staff will work with you on every aspect of food and beverage service you require. Our dining facilities, which overlook Mt. Baldy and the Cal Poly Pomona Campus, can accommodate as few as 5 and up to 250 people per seating.

With our Complete Meeting Package, not only does your group receive the continual refreshment service, but all appropriate meals for your schedule are included. Breakfast and Lunch are usually an all-you-can-eat buffet. At breakfast, the choices include eggs, a selection of breakfast meats, potatoes, cereal, fresh fruit, baked items, an assortment of hot and cold beverages and more. The Lunch Buffet includes hot entrees and side dishes, soup and an array of salads. For smaller groups, a plated meal may be available as an alternative to the buffet.

For dinner, our Executive Chef has created a revolving menu which includes traditional favorites and International themed meals and buffets. Additionally, our Catering Sales staff is eager to work with you on customizing your meal choices and planning a reception for you. Our pool side and courtyard settings are ideal. We have a reception menu with a variety of over fifty hot and cold hors d'oeuvres along with a beverage service that includes California wines, imported and domestic beers and a full array of spirits.
