Meeting Package with Lodging

• Eight-Hour Refreshment Break (Consists of coffee, tea, assorted juices, and soft drinks, along with a variety of snack items, such as cookies, pastries, fresh fruit and healthy snacks which are continually replenished throughout your event)
• Buffet Breakfast
• Buffet Luncheon
• Dinner
• Standard Audio Visual equipment:
  • Flip chart
  • Overhead projector and 6' x 6' screen
  • Podium
  • Whiteboard
  • VCR and monitor
• Complimentary wireless internet access
• Complimentary USA Today newspaper (except weekends)
• Bottled water and candy dishes in meeting rooms
• Direct dial assistance from each meeting room
• Taxes and meal gratuities
• Complimentary parking
• Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from Ontario International Airport
  (Reservations are required with a minimum 48 hour notice)

Rates for break out rooms are available upon request. VPS/LCD panel, large screen TV, video cameras, and other extensive audio visual items are also available at an additional charge.
